1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating a listing or accessing the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use, our Privacy Policy, and any additional guidelines or rules posted on the site. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and a legal representative of a Thai restaurant business to use the Service. We reserve the right to refuse or terminate access at our discretion.

3. Service Description

Thai Food Hub provides an online directory for Thai restaurants in the US, offering listing plans (Essential Thai Listing and Signature Thai Spotlight) to enhance visibility. The Service is limited to directory features and does not include social media management or other services.

4. Account and Listing Creation

• You are responsible for providing accurate, up-to-date information for your restaurant listing.
• You must not list fictitious businesses or use the Service for illegal purposes.
• We may review and approve listings before they go live, with a typical turnaround of 24 hours.

5. Payment Terms

• Plans are available at $49/month (Essential), $99/month (Signature), $499/year (Essential), or $999/year (Signature).
• Payments are processed monthly or annually via a third-party provider. All fees are non-refundable except as stated (e.g., 30-day money-back guarantee on annual plans).
• Late payments may result in listing suspension until cleared.

6. Content Guidelines

• Listings must comply with all applicable laws and not contain offensive, misleading, or copyrighted material.
• You grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display your listing content (e.g., images, menu) on the Service.
• We reserve the right to remove or edit content that violates these guidelines.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on Thai Food Hub, except user-submitted listings, is owned by us or our licensors. You may not reproduce or distribute it without permission.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you breach these terms. You may cancel your subscription at any time, with listings removed after the current billing cycle.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. We do not guarantee specific results from your listing.

10. Limitation of Liability

Thai Food Hub is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including lost profits or business interruption, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Thai Food Hub harmless from any claims, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Service or violation of these terms.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Use to reflect changes in our services. Notices of significant changes will be emailed to you or posted on this page, with the updated date indicated above.

13. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles. Disputes will be resolved in Sheridan courts.
